We use SOLA Payments to securely process payments. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds for food items purchased with SNAP benefits will be returned to your EBT card, as required by law. Gift cards are not refundable.
Neubite reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return guidelines.
