Neubite Return Policy
At Neubite, we are committed to quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion within the timeframes outlined below for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with the terms of this policy.
Return Timeframes
- Non-perishable items: Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with a valid itemized receipt.
- Perishable items (including fresh produce, meat, dairy, and prepared foods): Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, when possible.
- If your original receipt is not available, we will make every effort to locate your transaction. If the purchase cannot be verified, Neubite reserves the right to issue store credit only or to deny the return.
SNAP/EBT Purchases
- Per USDA guidelines, refunds for SNAP-eligible food items will be credited back to your EBT card.
- Cash refunds for SNAP purchases are strictly prohibited by federal law.
Additional Terms
- Items returned damaged, used, or without a receipt may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- All clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
- Neubite reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse or excessive return activity.
